Prices

You are not our mother, so we reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We also reserve the right for sold-out items. And general mess.

Payment

The rats (here we are legally required to emphasize that this refers to Forlaget Baggaardsbaroner) accept payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, and MobilePay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

We will damn well ship to all of Denmark for a fiver (here we are once again legally required to emphasize that this is slang and refers to 50 kroner). Our goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided during the order. We also ship internationally because we’re such big shots. Book is money. Your items will be shipped with DAO.

Note: If there is no space at the selected pickup location, the package will be redirected to the nearest available pickup point, and you will be notified.

Your items will be delivered 5-10 business days after the order. For certain items, special delivery terms apply. These terms will be specified prior to purchasing these items.

Right of complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing. The complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. You cannot cancel simply by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously providing clear notification of this.

There is a 14-day right of withdrawal, as long as the books have no visible damage. Contact us at rottemor@baggaardsbaroner.com, where you should provide your account details so the money can be refunded. Returned books are accepted by post at the following address: Monday Studio, Matthæusgade 21, 1666 Vesterbro.

If you wish to file a complaint, you can contact econsumer.gov. It is an informal system created by the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN).

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:

Items that are made according to the consumer's specifications or have been clearly personalized.
Items that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
Services that have been fully performed, where the delivery of the service has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service is fully performed.
Newspapers, magazines, or journals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
