Julia Werup (born 1987) is a singer and poet. A divided child between Sweden and Denmark. In her early 20s, she applied for a degree in social work to follow her mother's advice on having a sensible full-time job, but later chose the abyss of the artist's life. She has published the poetry collections The Death of Lonely Men and Supernova and the albums Blixtra and The Thrill of Loving You. With this release, Julia Werup rises from the depths of the artist's abyss and presents herself as both a spiritual guide and a literary midwife.
