Katla Styx is a child of the rest areas along Europe\u2019s highways. She takes us on a journey through physical and psychological landscapes \u2013 from mountain peaks shrouded in fog, to smoke-filled bodegas in Copenhagen, and further into the dark bedrooms, desires, and fractures of strange men. A journey through the mundane and the madness; a journey made with heavy stones in the chest, reaching all the way to the point on the horizon where the sun dies, the heart shatters, and language loses its meaning.<\/p>\n
